Faculty Promotion Survey

This survey is intended for University of Rochester School of Medicine Faculty, who are below the rank of professor. If you have reached this page in error, please do not proceed further.

The survey is comprised of 3 sections that can be completed in 10-15 minutes. Questions will be asked about your academic history, your understanding of the requirements for promotion and your knowledge of and experience with tools for career advancement. We would like you to complete the whole survey, but you may skip any questions that you don’t feel comfortable answering. When you are done, please click on the submit button at the end of section III to register your responses. It is important to work on the survey when you have time to complete the whole thing because it is not possible to save partly completed surveys.
