This survey is a research study that Loralei Thornburg M.D., principal investigator from the University of Rochester is conducting in order to assess the education and support of ob/gyn residents in dealing with complex obstetrical situations. The study involves a written survey that will take approximately five minutes. The survey contains some personal questions about you and your feelings about the health care training that you have received. We would like you to complete the whole survey, but you may skip any questions that you don’t feel comfortable answering. Participant responses will be kept in a confidential manner. Only the investigators will have access to your individual responses, which will have no identifying information. Only summarized data will be presented at meetings or in any publications.
