For the paper participants and the roundtable discussion members, we sent out a packet that included preliminary schedules, food choices, a map of the campus so they could find their way to the Welles-Brown Room in Rush Rhees Library, and the Meliora for dinner, and other information like abstracts of other paper participants and the names of the roundtable discussion members.
