PROGRAM COST

The 2008 program fee is $2995.
The fee will cover:
- room and
board in Arezzo
- room, all breakfasts, and eight dinners in Rome
- all entry fees to museums and other sites
- all local transportation in Rome
- program related day trips from Arezzo to other cities in Tuscany
- train fare between Arezzo and Rome
An initial deposit of $100 will be due Thursday February 28, 2008 with the program application.
Applications will be reviewed and students will be notified by March 7. The $100 deposit will be refunded only to those applicants who cannot be accepted into the program.
The balance is due on Friday April 4, 2008. Checks -- made payable to the University of Rochester -- must be submitted to Jill Morris, Administrative Assistant, Department of Mechanical Engineering, 243 Hopeman Building, Rochester NY 14627, tel. 585 275 - 4048, email: jmorris@me.rochester.edu
Students requiring a special financial arrangement should contact Prof. Perucchio as soon as possible.
Please note that students who withdraw from the program before June 1, 2008 will be reimbursed 70% of program fee. There will be no reimbursement for participants who withdraw after that date.
