Assignment: Write a critical discussion of Mary Anne Warren's essay, "On the Moral and Legal Status of Abortion" (CIB): 298ff.

• Exposition: State in your own words what Warren says: what her thesis is, what she argues for, how she supports her claims

• Evaluation: What should we think about what Warren says? Defend your view. Give reasons in support of what you think. Your evaluation may be positive or negative. If it is positive, you will give arguments or reasons in favor of Warren's view or you will show how her view can be defended against objections. If it is negative, you will give objections or counter-examples to it.
